It is a highly interactive workshop covering theoretical knowledge & practical skills in planning for, preparing & delivering effective presentations.

Change is constant, fast & ever evolving therefore it is important for managers & supervisors to be equipped with skills & knowledge in understanding change. This full day, interactive workshop will provide an opportunity for participants to reflect on change, its impact on them & those around them increasing their awareness & identifying areas for improvement. The workshop explores change management models with participant learning being drawn from activities, self-reflection & peer discussions.

This workshop is designed for Managers & Coordinators of government funded organisations to identify & plan for change associated with business, workforce & services operations in an environment of continued reform. It is a practical & interactive workshop with opportunities for reflection, discussion & networking.
6. Ethical Dilemmas in Contemporary Practice
Does it sometimes feel like a mammoth task to do what is morally right for clients and families while still maintaining your obligations to all other stakeholders? This interactive and challenging one-day workshop will provide you and your staff with the knowledge and skills to deal with the often complex ethical problems and dilemmas faced in daily contemporary practice.
7. Ageing, Wellness and Stereotypes
Older people want to stay active, healthy and connected to people and places important to them. This interactive and experiential workshop explores older people's wants and needs, the stereotypes which exist and those we inadvertently harbour which impact on their needs and wants. Participants explore how stereotypes impact on older people and what we can all do to be catalysts for positive change. This workshop is available in a variety of formats including information sessions, half day and full day workshop and can be adapted across industries to meet your needs.
